2022: Construction Industry Excellence Award<\/h4>\n

The Ir\u00e1nyi Palace (Sasok H\u00e1za) has won a nomination in the Public Building \/ Office Building category<\/span>!<\/p>\n

It is a great honour for us to be the general contractor for the project and to be awarded the highest professional recognition in the construction industry.<\/p>\n

The main criteria of the evaluation were:
– an overall architectural-technical assessment of the building,
– the technical quality and professionalism of the workmanship,
– the economic viability and operability of the investment,
– and the cooperation between the parties involved in creating the facility, in particular the investors, designers and contractors<\/p>\n

2022: Csomay K\u00e1lm\u00e1n Construction Award – Pannonia Reformata Museum renovated building complex<\/h4>\n

The Csomay K\u00e1lm\u00e1n Construction Award was established to honour the most significant and unique architectural works of Veszpr\u00e9m County.
In 2022, the renovated building complex of the Pannonia Reformata Museum, for which our company was the contractor, deserved this prestigious award.<\/p>\n

Fa\u00e7ade of the Year Competition 2021 – Monument category<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

A Sasok h\u00e1za – The House of Eagles, located at 17 Ir\u00e1nyi Street, was the winner of the competition in the category of Historic Monuments in the Fa\u00e7ade of the Year 2021. <\/p>\n

The refurbishment has succeeded brilliantly in merging the renovated and newly built parts into a coherent whole. The attention to detail has resulted in a highly plastic surface, despite the monochrome rendering of the street fa\u00e7ade, where the use of light and shadow effects is a wonderful substitute for colour. <\/p>\n

    2015: ‘Construction Excellence Award<\/strong> <\/span>– Restoration and Rehabilitation of Monuments’ category<\/span><\/h4>\n

    We are proud that the reconstruction of the Sz\u00e9chenyi Zsigmond Carpathian Basin Hungarian Hunting Museum established in the Grassalkovich Mansion in Hatvan \u2013 in which the restoration main contractor was EBH INVEST Kft. \u2013 won a prize at the Construction Industry Awards 2015, in the category of monument restoration, rehabilitation. <\/p>\n

    2015: ICOMOS-award<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

    EBH INVEST was the main contractor for the restoration of the Grassalkovich Castle in Havel, and our experts carried out the restoration of the castle’s wood, stone, metal and painting areas. In 2015, EBH INVEST Ltd. was awarded the ICOMOS Prize for the ‘outstanding and exemplary restoration and reuse of the castle complex and garden’.
    ICOMOS is UNESCO’s world heritage organisation and the permanent expert body for heritage conservation of the Paris-based World Heritage Committee. <\/p>\n
