The building has won two awards!

In the category of “Office of the Year in Environmental Consciousness,” the Bánáti + Hartvig Architect Office, implemented by EBH INVEST, excelled in the professional competition!
This year marked the 12th time that the Office of the Year awards were presented, accompanied by a grand design exhibition and gala at Millenáris Park, where Hungary’s best offices, office buildings, and community spaces for 2021 were honored by the professional jury.

In 2021, it also won the “Best Building” award as part of the Media Architecture Award.

In addition to creating a general office space, we also set up meeting rooms, a kitchen, a café area, a shower, and spaces suitable for communal work. Furthermore, there are separate women’s and men’s restrooms on each floor.

The juxtaposition of newly built and demolished old raw surfaces posed the greatest challenge. In addition to the installation of mechanical and electrical systems, our other tasks included:

Drywall and painting works,
Installation of heating and cooling systems,
Carpentry works,
Metalworking and glazing.

The entire office (basement, ground floor, upper floor) received a thermal insulation ceiling covering made of fiberglass insulation.
