2022: Construction Industry Excellence Award

The Irányi Palace (Sasok Háza) has won a nomination in the Public Building / Office Building category!

It is a great honour for us to be the general contractor for the project and to be awarded the highest professional recognition in the construction industry.

The main criteria of the evaluation were:
– an overall architectural-technical assessment of the building,
– the technical quality and professionalism of the workmanship,
– the economic viability and operability of the investment,
– and the cooperation between the parties involved in creating the facility, in particular the investors, designers and contractors

2022: Csomay Kálmán Construction Award – Pannonia Reformata Museum renovated building complex

The Csomay Kálmán Construction Award was established to honour the most significant and unique architectural works of Veszprém County.
In 2022, the renovated building complex of the Pannonia Reformata Museum, for which our company was the contractor, deserved this prestigious award.

Façade of the Year Competition 2021 – Monument category

A Sasok háza – The House of Eagles, located at 17 Irányi Street, was the winner of the competition in the category of Historic Monuments in the Façade of the Year 2021.

The refurbishment has succeeded brilliantly in merging the renovated and newly built parts into a coherent whole. The attention to detail has resulted in a highly plastic surface, despite the monochrome rendering of the street façade, where the use of light and shadow effects is a wonderful substitute for colour.

2015: ‘Construction Excellence Award – Restoration and Rehabilitation of Monuments’ category

We are proud that the reconstruction of the Széchenyi Zsigmond Carpathian Basin Hungarian Hunting Museum established in the Grassalkovich Mansion in Hatvan – in which the restoration main contractor was EBH INVEST Kft. – won a prize at the Construction Industry Awards 2015, in the category of monument restoration, rehabilitation.
