Eiffel Workshop House – Creation of New Rehearsal Rooms

The 25,000 square meter building enables high-quality storage for eight warehouses worth of sets and props, as well as 400,000 costumes.
Our tasks included:
- Creating an in-house stage
- Designing a rehearsal room for the orchestra, choir, and ballet
- Establishing a mezzanine level
- Installing acoustic sound-absorbing panels in the ballet and orchestra room’s suspended ceiling.
During the project, we incorporated 114 tons of steel materials and 2321 square meters of plasterboard.
