As part of the Marina Bay Project, starting from the previous complete construction state, we carried out the highest quality general contracting tasks on the apartment building with 48 apartments and on each apartment.
The task included, among others:
- repair of the reinforced concrete structure
- insulation, plastering, construction of roofing
- construction of façade walls, bulkheads between the apartments
- building service installations
- design of external and internal doors and windows
- construction of backbones and main distributors
- construction of electrical and electronic networks, cooling solution
